Will you drop the previous color and design again?

May or may not As all our Clicky are produced in limited quantities and colors, future batches may come in different colorways or designs.

If there's a high demand, we may bring back the same design and color again.

Otherwise, if you managed to grab one, you're one of the lucky ones

What material are Clicky made of? Are they safe for kids?

Our Clicky creations are made from high-quality plant-based PLA material.

They are BPA-free, non-toxic, and made without harsh chemicals. Clicky also works as a cute little fidget toy, helping to divert fidgeting into satisfying clicks for better focus, calmness, and tiny moments of joy!

How do I order in bulk or large amount for company or event?

Clicky makes a super cute little gift for all ages - perfect for Children's Day, birthdays, party favours, wedding favours, corporate gifting, events, and special occasions.

We also welcome collaborations with companies for product gifting and we are able to customise selected Clicky designs with company names or branding for events and corporate use.

Please do expect a lead time in advance depending on the quantity and number of orders. We may decline requests if we are unable to complete them within the required timeline, as every Clicky is carefully handmade and produced in small batches.

Why does my Clicky do not look exactly same as photo?

By making a purchase with us, we assume that you have read, understood, and agreed to our FAQ and T&C in product page.

As every Clicky is individually 3D printed and handmade, slight texture lines, tiny imperfections, or small color variations may naturally be present.

Actual product colors may also appear slightly different due to lighting, your screen settings, and material batches. These are part of the natural characteristics and unique charm of handmade 3D printed creations.

We do not consider these as defects and they do not qualify for refund or returns.

Can I return and request for refund?

All purchases are made upon careful consideration. Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of our products, all items sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Every Clicky goes through quality checking and is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for damages or broken parts caused after your usage. Please do not forcefully pull apart the clicking mechanism, as the parts are securely assembled and glued together.
