Will you drop the previous color and design again?

May or may not As all our Clicky are produced in limited quantities and colors, future batches may come in different colorways or designs.

If there's a high demand, we may bring back the same design and color again.

Otherwise, if you managed to grab one, you're one of the lucky ones

Our material used

Our Clicky creations are made from PLA (Polylactic Acid) that is a biodegradable, eco-friendly plastic made from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane.

They are BPA-free, non-toxic, and made without harsh chemicals. At clicky, we only use eSun’s premium PLA to ensure top-notch quality and consistency in all products.

Do you provide customisation service?

Customisation is subject to our availability and schedule. We may temporarily close our customisation service, so please check with us before placing an order.

Design Fee: $80 one-time, non-refundable

Includes 1 mock-up + 1 printed sample.

Each revision/change: +$10

The price per Clicky depends on the size and design.

Why does my Clicky do not look exactly same as photo?

By making a purchase with us, we assume that you have read, understood, and agreed to our FAQ and T&C in product page.

As every Clicky is individually 3D printed and handmade, slight texture lines, tiny imperfections, or small color variations may naturally be present.

Actual product colors may also appear slightly different due to lighting, your screen settings, and material batches. These are part of the natural characteristics and unique charm of handmade 3D printed creations.

We do not consider these as defects and they do not qualify for refund or returns.

Local Singapore delivery with tracking is charged at a flat rate of SGD$3.90

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days exclude public holiday.

Can I return and request for refund?

All purchases are made upon careful consideration. Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of our products, all items sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Every Clicky goes through quality checking and is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for damages or broken parts caused after your usage. Please do not forcefully pull apart the clicking mechanism, as the parts are securely assembled and glued together.
